Finding Your Way to the Top
How do I get to Ruka Peak?
Ruka Peak is located on top of Ruka Fell, approximately 30 km from Kuusamo Airport and only a few minutes from Ruka Village.
Which airport should I fly to?
The nearest airport is Kuusamo Airport (KAO), served by regular domestic flights and seasonal international connections. The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the chalet by car.
How far is Ruka Village?
Ruka Village is located just a few minutes away. During the summer months, it is possible to walk via scenic trails. By car, the journey takes only a few minutes.
Can you help arrange transportation?
Yes. We are happy to assist with airport transfers, taxis and private transportation upon request.
Is Ruka Peak ski-in ski-out?
Yes. Ruka Peak offers direct access to the ski slopes, allowing guests to start and finish their ski day right at the chalet. Depending on snow conditions and the slope in use, access may vary slightly during the season.
